当初我看到vista的时候，也告诉自己说他们没有抄mac，那只是巧合而已。当我看到air asia的时候，也告诉自己他们跟virgin也是巧合的。但是，今天我看到我的战友给我的网站之后。我也极力说服自己这绝对是一个巧合。看到kok wai的情况，让我想起了一句：不要做对手的对手，而是做对手的标准。哪！！讲明呀！！我没有抄人家的广告词的呀！巧合而已呀！

hmmm my opinion i think anyone can have the right to use same concept, pose, even camera angle. But as we can see both of ur photos are QUITE similar. If he saw your work and make him to hav such inspire wan to learn from you. May b you should feel glad. :)

He should feel disgrace for being un-creative to be so call photographer + designer. Similar pose or camera angle still acceptable, copied the entire concept really outrages.

In other hand, like what hoshi02 said you should feel happy got ppl inspired by your art.

Just my 2cents.

frankly speaking, i think if he use the same concept : destroy but he put more efforts to have his own style it should be ok.

understand how you feel that when ppl simply copy the idea DIRECTLY. take it easy and on a bright side, you have inspired alot of ppl out there!

Clive! you should feel pround of it. I have studied his blog. You & him also a good photographer + designer. He is not a lousy photographer, since you both have a quite similar idea, that is mean you both have reached that high standard (not everyone can do it). I felt pround of you is b'cos your idea came out first. Gambade! I'm always be your supporter.

哇!!! 咁都有得抄啊?! 但係無緊要!! 因為就算他抄, 也抄得無你影得咁有感覺.. 你影既主題Destroy得幾咁有美感, 而他影既就有少少恐怖.... (我覺得..) 都係鐘意你既版本多啲!! ^_^

Well, for most of the ppl maybe having the same concept is not a big deal,
but for a designer, that would be a big issue.
Concept is something like a kernel, or heart, or soul of some one.
For me, if someone or something have inspired you, you have to acknowledge them.
else, it is PLAGIARISM.

thanks a million for support everyone, Terrick you really understand designer mind well ! For a designer, a concept maybe for third party side of view it is nothing or not a big deal, but when the things come happen on our side, maybe it just felt sucks! Concept is the spirit of a designer, if one day someone duplicate your face and said this is belong to him/her, how do you think ?
